Brandon brings almost two decades of management and leadership experience, including hiring hundreds of people across multiple industries. He has scaled several businesses over the years, including leading one company from monthly revenues of $230K to $2.7M in just over 3 years. During that time, he utilized past recruiting experience to create and implement a new system to attract top talent from all over the world, allowing the business to become one of the fastest growing companies in the legal industry and win multiple awards including the Inc.5000 (3 years in a row) and Best Places to Work.
In his current role, he coaches and advises clients on how to hire, train, and manage teams of A-Players. His people operations skills are often sought out by clients to help guide them through the challenges of scaling their teams in their growing businesses. In addition to his main role as COO of the business, he also advises the executive teams of the company’s joint ventures.
