Linton Group is continuing its rapid expansion and is searching for a Product Executive to join our team. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role where business development meets client relationship management—perfect for someone who’s equal parts closer, communicator, and collaborator.


💲 SALARY: $4,000 – $5,000/month plus commission and residuals (OTE Year 1: $150,000+; top performers can earn $300,000+ annually)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the sales process end-to-end, from initial discovery conversations through closing new client engagements

- Confidently pitch Linton Group’s sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain services to inbound and outbound B2B prospects via inbound referrals, email submissions, tradeshows, and outbound outreach

- Consistently meet performance expectations, onboarding 1–2 new client engagements per month starting in month two

- Lead consultative sales conversations by uncovering client needs, framing solutions, and presenting a clear path forward—even when technical details are still being defined.

- Serve as the primary client contact after the sale, managing the relationship throughout the entire product launch journey from Design & Discovery → Prototyping → Production & Delivery

- Coordinate and push projects forward across internal design teams, overseas manufacturing team, and client stakeholders

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships that drive reorders, repeat business, and residual revenue

- Own accountability for the final product performance and profitability

- Attend and represent Linton Group at 3–5 U.S. trade shows per year (as both exhibitor and attendee)


REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of B2B business development experience with a proven ability to close deals

- Prior experience in a startup or small business environment where adaptability and independence were crucial for success

- Product development experience or exposure a bonus (consumer goods preferred) — depth of technical expertise is not required

- Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, solution framing, and executive-level communication

- Ability to sell confidently without having all answers on day one and guide clients through evolving requirements

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to move multiple projects forward simultaneously

- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design teams, overseas partners, and client teams

- Must be willing and able to work onsite daily in Bala Cynwyd, PA (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
