Linton Group is continuing its rapid expansion and is searching for a Product Executive to join our team. This is a client-facing, consultative role where business development meets product strategy—perfect for someone who’s equal parts closer, communicator, and collaborator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Secure new client acquisitions for Linton Group’s product development services via inbound referrals, email submissions, trade shows, and outbound outreach
- Meet and exceed
monthly and annual KPI targets (beginning in month 2: onboarding a minimum of 1–2 new client engagements per month).

- Lead client consultations to provide data-driven and strategic guidance on product approaches, pricing competitiveness, and next-gen feature enhancements

- Manage end-to-end client experience post-sale, acting as the primary point of contact and project manager

- Lead the client and internal team throughout the entire product launch journey from Design & Discovery → Prototyping → Production & Delivery by coordinating with internal design teams, overseas manufacturing team, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

- Own accountability for the final product performance and profitability

- Represent the company at 3–5 national trade shows annually (mix of exhibitor and attendee events)

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients and vendors to strengthen Linton’s brand presence and partnership network

- Adapt to an evolving entrepreneurial environment by creating and refining standard operating procedures in collaboration with the team as needed


REQUIREMENTS


- Minimum 3+ years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally in a small business or entrepreneurial setting

- 1–2 years of product development exposure (preferably in consumer goods)

- Experience with e-commerce is a plus

- Proven success closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships

- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead clients consultatively

- Comfortable working cross-functionally within internal design and overseas production teams

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Must work onsite daily at the Bala Cynwyd, PA office (this is not a remote or hybrid position)
