Key Responsibilities

As a TPA Claims Adjuster (Claims Consultant), you will manage the end-to-end claims process within the commercial auto insurance industry. Responsibilities include:

● Managing a caseload of commercial auto claims, including property damage

and bodily injury, from inception through resolution

● Communicating daily with insureds, claimants, attorneys, repair facilities, and

other stakeholders to ensure timely and fair claim outcomes

● Investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling claims within assigned

authority levels

● Maintaining accurate, timely claim documentation and reports

● Working directly with company partners to refine and improve claims handling

processes as the business continues to grow

Requirements

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced adjuster who is comfortable taking ownership of their work and operating in a fast-moving environment:

● 1–2 years of insurance claims handling experience required (2+ years preferred)

● Property damage and/or bodily injury claims experience strongly preferred;

commercial auto experience is a plus

● Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

professionally

● Ability to work independently while managing deadlines and caseload priorities

● Adjuster’s license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensure after hire

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

●  This is an hybrid role with in-office days at our Berwyn, PA location, designed

to support hands-on collaboration, faster decision-making, and provide direct

access to leadership
